The Role
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building online communities? We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager at TechNext Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding promptly to comments and messages while fostering meaningful relationships with followers.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance analytics for social media campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, SEO, and public relations to create cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in social media and marketing to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Assist in the development of brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
To succeed in the role of Social Media Manager, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and paid social media advertising.
